Was really hoping they’d feel better, but the fit just never felt right to me. Didn’t end up being comfortable at all.

The pain really wasn’t managed well at all. I kept expecting some kind of actual relief to kick in, but apparently that was too much to ask. Super fun experience, obviously

I mean, it wasn’t bad or anything, so I don’t want people to take this the wrong way. It was just okay. The office felt a little plain to me, but everything was fine overall.

I was already nervous going into the visit, and I let them know that upfront. The staff were polite, but everything felt a bit rushed and I didn’t really feel like anyone tried to help me settle down or talk me through things. I know everyone has different expectations, but personally I need a little more reassurance in situations like that. It might be fine for some people, but as an anxious patient, it wasn’t the best experience for me.

Booking my appointment was really easy. The lady on the phone was nice, and… yeah, she got me a time that worked with my schedule. No hassle or back-and-forth at all.

They did get back to me and answered my questions, but a few replies took longer than I was hoping. it might’ve just been bad timing on my part, like I caught them when they were extra busy. Not a terrible experience, but I did feel like I had to check in more than I should’ve

I had some cosmetic work done through Perfect Smiles Dental, and overall it was a good experience. The staff was friendly, everything was explained clearly, and the whole process was easier than I thought it would be, which I appreciated because I was a little nervous going into it. The only thing is that the final look ended up being a bit brighter than what I personally had in mind. It definitely looks clean and better than before, so I don’t want to make it sound like I’m unhappy, because I’m not exactly unhappy. I just thought it would look a little more natural or subtle. So I’d say it’s a good result, but I still have slightly mixed feelings about it.

Maybe it’s just me, but I felt like some of the information could’ve been explained a bit better. I don’t think I was expecting anything overly detailed, just a clearer breakdown so I didn’t have to guess what certain things meant.

I was in a calm mood going into the appointment, and the dentist and hygienist were totally fine. The actual visit itself went smoothly, and I didn’t really have any complaints about the care I received.
The frustrating part came afterward with the insurance. I had given them my information before the appointment, but the bill I got later didn’t line up with what I thought I’d been told. It took a couple of phone calls before I could get a clear explanation from someone.
To be fair, they did fix part of it in the end, so it wasn’t a complete mess. I just wish the insurance details had been checked more carefully up front. Overall, I’d give it 3 stars.
