"Not happy with the dentures or implants"
Was really hoping they’d feel better, but the fit just never felt right to me. Didn’t end up being comfortable at all.

"Pain Control Was a Joke"
The pain really wasn’t managed well at all. I kept expecting some kind of actual relief to kick in, but apparently that was too much to ask. Super fun experience, obviously

"Didn't feel very supported with my anxiety"
I was already nervous going into the visit, and I let them know that upfront. The staff were polite, but everything felt a bit rushed and I didn’t really feel like anyone tried to help me settle down or talk me through things. I know everyone has different expectations, but personally I need a little more reassurance in situations like that. It might be fine for some people, but as an anxious patient, it wasn’t the best experience for me.

"Not sure I’d trust them again"
I booked after looking through perfectsmilesdental.com, and at first it seemed fine enough. But once I started asking a few basic questions, some of the info felt a little vague, which made me think my first doubts were probably right.

The pricing and treatment details didn’t feel as clear as I expected, and having to repeat myself a few times didn’t help. Every little unclear answer kind of added to the feeling that something was off, even if maybe it wasn’t a huge deal on its own.

Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me the trust just wasn’t there. I’d say be careful, ask everything upfront, and don’t ignore it if the communication starts feeling a bit messy.

"Still had a lot of questions after my visit"
I went in hoping to get a clearer idea of my treatment options, but the whole thing felt a little rushed, maybe like 15 or 20 minutes total. They did go over a few things, and the staff was nice enough, but I still walked out not really understanding what I needed or why. The pricing was also kind of vague, and I didn’t get a clear breakdown of the pros and cons. I just wish they had taken a bit more time to explain everything in a simple way so I could feel more confident about the next step.

"Pricing Should’ve Been Clearer"
The staff was nice, but the whole pricing situation was frustrating. I felt like I had to keep asking the same questions over and over just to understand what I was being charged for, and even then the final bill ended up being higher than I expected. I really think the costs should’ve been explained more clearly before any treatment started.

The customer service was alright overall. They did get back to me and answered my questions, but a few replies took longer than I was hoping. it might’ve just been bad timing on my part, like I caught them when they were extra busy. Not a terrible experience, but I did feel like I had to check in more than I should’ve

"Good results overall, just a little brighter than I expected"
I had some cosmetic work done through Perfect Smiles Dental, and overall it was a good experience. The staff was friendly, everything was explained clearly, and the whole process was easier than I thought it would be, which I appreciated because I was a little nervous going into it. The only thing is that the final look ended up being a bit brighter than what I personally had in mind. It definitely looks clean and better than before, so I don’t want to make it sound like I’m unhappy, because I’m not exactly unhappy. I just thought it would look a little more natural or subtle. So I’d say it’s a good result, but I still have slightly mixed feelings about it.

"Mixed experience with the insurance side"
I was in a calm mood going into the appointment, and the dentist and hygienist were totally fine. The actual visit itself went smoothly, and I didn’t really have any complaints about the care I received.
The frustrating part came afterward with the insurance. I had given them my information before the appointment, but the bill I got later didn’t line up with what I thought I’d been told. It took a couple of phone calls before I could get a clear explanation from someone.
To be fair, they did fix part of it in the end, so it wasn’t a complete mess. I just wish the insurance details had been checked more carefully up front. Overall, I’d give it 3 stars.

"Not helpful when I really needed an urgent appointment"
I called with a tooth problem and was really hoping they could squeeze me in, even just for a quick look, but they didn’t have any emergency slots available. I remember sitting there with the phone in one hand and an ice pack on my jaw, trying to figure out what to do next. I understand offices get booked up, but when you’re dealing with something urgent, this just didn’t help me at all

"Felt rushed and frustrating"
My cleaning actually hurt quite a bit, and the whole appointment felt rushed. I also didn’t love having to keep explaining the same concerns more than once, like they weren’t really listening the first time. Overall, it just wasn’t a great experience.

"Longer wait than I expected"
I had an appointment booked, so I expected things to run at least somewhat on time. Instead, I ended up sitting there for way longer than I thought I would, and no one really gave me a clear explanation beyond saying it would be soon.
I understand clinics can get backed up, but this felt like more than just a normal delay. I went in expecting a straightforward visit, and it ended up feeling like my time didn’t matter. Definitely a frustrating experience.

"Comfortable visit, but I felt a little ignored at first"
I was nervous going in, but once I was actually in the chair, the dentist and assistant were really kind and made sure I was comfortable. They checked on me during the procedure and didn’t make me feel rushed, which helped a lot.
The only reason I’d give 4 stars is because the wait was longer than I expected, and while I was sitting there, I kind of felt ignored for a bit with no real update. Other than that, it was a good visit, and I felt more relaxed than I usually do at the dentist.
